Phase 2! Exciting stuff

Hello Everyone,

It has been an extremely busy week with the medical group here but they are amazing and have helped so many people. Also in the past couple weeks we have started phase 2 of the high school. It is amazing to look back over the past year and see what God has done through His people in giving and praying for this project. Phase 2 is not quite as big as phase 1 was but still a big project. It will be 6 more classrooms, a home science room or a massive kitchen, a sewing room with about 20 sewing machines, a music room, a boys boarding that will sleep 108 boys and a girls boarding that will sleep about 96 girls. It is such a beautiful school and we currently have about 130 students. we will for sure need to have at least 2 classrooms and the boys boarding done by January for the 2 new classes we will be receiving and that’s another 80 students. To build phase 2, which means to finish the high school and 2 dorms with current prices is right at $92,000! we are stepping out and have started some of it with what little we have. Please pray with us and share and give if you can. 100% of what you give goes to what you designate it for. We are so thankful for all of you who give to these ministries and projects. It has been an amazing 2 months to be with the high schoolers and share the truths of scripture with them. They have so many questions!!! Usually I find myself cornered by 20-30 students who just want to know more. I love it! This is the main reason Mara Christian High School exists. The Lord has been gracious as well in finding teachers. They are very committed and love being here.
