Hey all,

I recently found out about this makerspace. I'm a teacher and I have worked with various companies and organisations over the years teaching electronics and coding. There's a a couple of reasons I'd love to meet you guys: firstly, I want to teach and I need space for that classes and workshops. The other reason being is that I'm thinking of setting up a network of technology educators in South London.

I'd love to teach these things:

- Arduino and fast prototyping

- Raspberry Pi one-day workshop

- Internet of Things beginner and advanced

- how computers REALLY work (transistors, logic gates, basic digital circuits, assembly language, etc.) with plenty of activities such as breadboarding, simulating circuits or writing a simple game in assembly

Good luck and wish you all the best!

Hi Greg - I saw your email in trustees and was about to reply saying you should post here :)

Your offer is definitely something we're interested in. It's the end of a busy workday so I can't get into details right now, but this is exactly the sort of thing the space is for :)

Tonight would be perfect as it's open evening. I won't be there, but you should chat to Dermot who's also a Trustee.
