Wed 24th April - Inter Faith Dialogue

Hi Everyone 

Really looking forward to this Wed which again is in the beautiful Rumi Mosque near Edmonton Green railway station. 

Last time we had wide ranging discussion on need for faiths to talk and work together, and agreed to develop a values and vision doc to take forward our aims. 

We also discussed proposals for May 7th* meeting at the House of Commons which GlobalNet21 has arranged on multiculturalism, and an open letter to faith leaders, believers and humanists calling on them to collaborate in a more co-ordinated way. Finally we considered the possibility of organising a festival or arts based response to the challenges of interfaith work. 

To summarise : an inspiring and concrete action packed discussion which I look forward very much to continuing this week!
