Here in Norfolk, Ilham and I have recently started a family biscotti business. We've been doing well locally in Farmers Markets and Artisan Delis thanks to her baking and my tasting skills. And yes! this is a shameless plug as we are now launching our on-line store.

PS. Due to our biscuits being more Moroccan (Ilham's home country) than traditional cantuchinni BON biscotti are different to Italian biscotti in both their texture (they are crunchy and good for dunking but not ridiculously hard on the teeth) and flavour (they come in 7 original flavours as well as the traditional almond). They are also egg and dairy free (i.e vegan) and relatively low in sugar. Biscotti means twice baked btw and we are also available in Infinity Foods in Brighton!
