Dear colleagues,
Hope all is fine and well with you. I just wonder whether or not you are aware about the tragic incident involving our former colleague at SSMDF Mr. Louro Stephen over the weekend. He was incidentally killed in a motor vehicle accident in Kampala on Friday night while returning home from attending to medical treatment.
As some of you might be aware, Luoro had just completed his MSc studies in London School of Economics (LSE), and returned to South Sudan recently; hoping to go for his graduation in the UK later in the year. Unfortunately, death has befallen him tragically!!!
His remains are en route Kajo Keji for burial at their ancestral home. He is survived by his wife and three (3) young kids.
