Has anyone received an email acknowledgement (or refund) after
downloading and filling out the claim form for the February line
closures and posting it to the Freepost address?
I tried, and then sent a copy three weeks later, but have not seen any
response.

Hi,
Yes, have received my refund. I received a cheque for £26.16 on the
25th May. I can't recall exactly when I sent off my application but I
imagine it had been a good four weeks. Prior to this I received no
acknowledgement, just the cheque (I travel from Eastbourne to Victoria
and claimed for the 2 days).
