Southern Customer Survey.

How many of us completed the Customer Survey this morning 07:00 out of
Plumpton.

I have also picked up the new timetable valid from May this year.
There was no mention of the SECC commuter group but Brighton was
there.

I was on the 7:00 and didn't see any survey. I reckon they often run
out before Plumpton - which obviously doesn't help produce accurate
results.

Similarly, the last survey was only interested in asking about journey
into work - which is much better - in terms of direct trains - than
the journey home.

Does anyone know has these surveys are used?
