Letter from Southern to Norman Baker congratulating themselves on the
improvements in their service especially from London Bridge.

I have the same letter from Norman plus the letter from Southern with
some lines covered over in black ink. I am in the process of writing
to him on other issues which I will share with the group.

I noticed on the poster in Seaford station that punctuality dropped to
70.9% for the period ending 31st Jan!

Hi Maggie,

The data published on their website is even lower at 70.3% for the
East Coastway.

I'm not sure why there's a difference, or why it took them approx. 2
weeks to post the information.

All,

Southern have made a number of adjustments to the current timetable,
the majority of which is that a number of trains will run a few
minutes earlier than published. This effects both morning and evening
peak services.
