I got my acknowledgement and then about three to four weeks later got a cheque. Can't remember how much it was for now, but at least I got it.... You just have to be patient...... Very!!!!!

Has anyone received an email acknowledgement (or refund) after
downloading and filling out the claim form for the February line
closures and posting it to the Freepost address?
I tried, and then sent a copy three weeks later, but have not seen any
response.
