All change: Group has new website

Along with the timetable change the Group has a new website: please go
to http://www.eastcoastway.org.uk/

There's a panel in the main menu with a link to information about how
to join the new site. Your membership in the Google Group has not been
migrated. Registering on the site gives posting rights in the Forum
and access to member-only pages on the site.

More information will be migrated from the Google Group in the coming
days, but the Group will remain available for reference for the
foreseeable future. However we have inhibited posting rights in the
Google Group: please post in the new Forum instead.

The management committee felt that a new website would allow the Group
to present a more professional and coherent image in our dealings with
the travelling public, other stakeholder groups, Southern and the
Department for Transport, and we hope that you agree. It also provides
an easier web address to quote -- and eastcoastway.co.uk will also
work.

Thank you for your interest thus far in the East Coastway route. We
hope that the new site will provide a better "shop window" for the
Group and look forward to your continuing your membership there.
