Location : Frisco, Texas 

Duration : Fulltime

Knowledge, Skills & Abilities:

• Extensive background in ASP.Net and C# development, in depth familiarity with SQL server, familiarity with WCF, MVC, JQuery, Web Service, Restful, OOADO, Networking, and Design Patterns
  
• Hands on experience in complex systems application architecture and design. 
  
• Strong leadership skills with experience in providing technical leadership and coordination. 
  
• Experience with test driven development and agile methodology an asset. 
  
• Ability to mentor new technologies and champion ideas throughout the development organization. 
  
• Background in operational research an asset. 
  
• Strong customer focus.
  
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  

Education & Experience:

• 
  
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or in Software Engineering. 
  
• Preferably a MBA or Masters in Computer Science.
  
• At least 10 years' experience in software development and maintenance. 
  
• At least 5 years in leadership roles across the range of software development.
