Hawthorne and Foster Corridor Images

I've uploaded two sets of files for the Hawthorne corridor with
photos taken by Paul. The first is general images of the main
business/activity hub between 35th and 39th, and the other is a
collection of properties which show potential for redevelopment.

I've also updated the Foster corridor images from May to have the
same document appearance/formatting and have re-uploaded those files.
