It is indeed a heart-warming development that Mr. Gbala's position has now moved from one of outright opposition to Dual Citizenship to one in which he is now explicitly "considering support of dual citizenship in Liberia" on certain grounds.
While I very much disagree with his list of positions for which he suggests Liberians of dual citizenship might be disqualified, I see it as a starting point for negotiations in the same way that the current bill is.
 
The “back to Liberia movement” is unstoppable.  We know it is inevitable that Liberia adopts dual citizenship.  His recognition of this fact is smart.
I welcome it.
