Hi All,

The Portland Sustainability Institute has released the draft framework
of their EcoDistricts Initiative. You can read the draft, and take a
survey to provide comments at http://www.pdxinstitute.org/index.php/publications.
They stop taking comments on April 23rd.

None of the pilot projects are in our area but I'm sure you all could
provide valuable input based on your experiences working in your
neighborhoods.

It would also be great to pass this along to Transition groups too.
