Hi Bobbie.  My Mom went to Heavenly peace last night.  She had Alzheimer's and Parkinson's diseases.  She was admitted to Hospice on Sunday afternoon.  The Hospice Center in Mt. Pleasant is an incredible facility. 

 

Mother: Jean Patrick of Moncks Corner, SC. 

Services by: Carolina Memorial Park, 7113 Rivers Ave, N. Charleston, SC.

Visitation:  Friday 30 Nov at 5-7 pm.

Funeral:  Saturday 01 Dec at 1030.
