Any recommendations for a sports medicine (PT) person for a persistent case of "damn thing won't heal what is this old age or what?" of the foot arch.

He’s a bit of a polarizing figure, but our daughter’s PF was cured pretty definitively by Jordan Metzl ( http://www.drjordanmetzl.com/)and the PT he recommended here in Brooklyn.  

FWIW, have you tried the Strassburg sock ( http://thesock.com/)?
