Welcome to the South Brooklyn Running Club Forum. This list is for organizing group runs, discussing running or exercise topics, and promoting other SBRC-related social activities. Here are the things you need to know:

Your Email Settings can be changed. You can get an email every time someone posts to the team, or you can opt out of emails altogether. It's up to you. Just click that guy with the gear sticking out of his shoulder up to the right there, to manage your settings (or the "membership and email settings" button if you are viewing the forum through the SBRC webpage).

This Group is Open to the public, so be cool.

And here are some forum guidelines:

You cannot use his Forum to post things that violate NYRR rules. For example, no selling of race bibs or offers to race with multiple d-tags.
If it reads like it might be spam, err on the side of not posting it. If it relates to sales, conspiracies or "enhancements," definitely keep it out of here.
Be very mindful of non-spammy, off-topic posts. We are a community, and sharing/organizing is fun, but we want everyone to stay involved, and flooding our members' inboxes with things they aren't interested in is a surefire way to hinder participation.
Be respectful. I'm not too worried about this one, but you know - words to live by.
