On Wed the Advisory Committee will be meeting with the Personnel Board. This little know board is responsible for the pay plans for non union, non contracted employees.
I think it would be instructive for them to hear from citizens about the advisability of pay raises for public sector employees.

I would mention to all that I attended the initial Board of Selectmen
meeting on the School Budget. But I may have been the only non-
Advisory, non-Town related person there. I was, however, able to
forcefully express my opinion that any new taxes should be avoided. I
would urge others to attend these meetings at least once, and express
their opinions.
