I want to thank you all for your RSVP's. I reserved 3 rooms from 5pm-6:45pm with a deposit of $200. The facility has 2 special packages (see attachment). I plan on using one to charge against the deposit but would appreciate some reimbursement from some of the attendees. Additionally, they also have a discount [15%] for orders receive 24 hours in advance and you only have to refer to our reservation. I was on a conference call tonight and OFA would like us to organize around a couple of events and ones we might find of local interest. I've provided some dates for these events. I've also included informational websites that will help us going forward. Lastly, I would like to recruit some of you to make some confirmation calls to make sure all support and encourage each other to make this a rich experience. I need about 4 or 5 volunteers to make calls for about 30 minutes. Let me know if you are interested or have questions. I happy to help in any way.
