I'm forwarding this for some people who are actively trying to raise awareness of gun violence & proliferation.  Please give it some consideration as there is a window of opportunity between now a Mar. 4 to have an impact in Los Gatos. SEE BELOW!

Galen (Respectfully)

Hi Galen,
See below if you have not viewed the MoveOn.org petition to bring transparency to the new gun shop set to open in Los Gatos.

Regards,

Good Evening!

In just a few short days the Los Gatos Town Council will be meeting to vote on the proposed moratorium to ban future gun sales and expansion in our community.  It is our plan to have ordinances written that require compliance by existing (Templar Armaments) gun shops in addition any proposed ventures.  We are also looking at other options.

We need your help.....again.  We thank you so much for everything you have done.

1. We need you to sign the attached petition that we plan to present to Mayor Spector next Monday.  There is a link within it to forward or send this e-mail.  We have over 1000 signatures on our previous petition, but are hoping for double that for the current one.
2. We need you to attend the March 4th Monday Moratorium Meeting at 6:30 pm (110 East Main Street Los Gatos) to show your support.

3.  If you can't attend we you need to please send a short e-mail to all council members with any of your concerns.

4.  We need to let you know that we are working with various legal & citizens groups to demand a response to your questions of HOW and WHY and to STOP the sales & proliferation of weapons in our community.

thank you so much
