Pact, an international development organization working in more than 60 countries in the areas of governance, HIV/AIDS, livelihoods, natural resource management and peace building, is recruiting for two exciting M&E positions:  Director, Results and Measurement to be based in Washington, D.C. and Evaluation Advisor to be based in either Africa or Asia.
