Somebody on this list with Software Defined Radio expertise / experience?
I am dealing with a VHF beacon tracking problem.

I have played with SDR but am no expert.

However have you thought about asking the #highaltitude channel on freenode, those guys are friendly and I would have thought would be able to assist.
