I have a room for rent in Jefferson Heights (w/a park-side view).
Rent is $525/month, see below for details:

*2 br home (1 room for rent)
*1.5 bath (shared)
*6-12 month lease
*Small walk-in closet
*Fully furnished
*Utilities included in rent (electric, water, lawn/exterminator service, and
trash pick-up)
*Wrap around frond porch w/park-side view (complete with gas grille & dining area)
*MUST be pet-friendly; I have 1 small (under 20 lb) dog
*Non-smokers preferred

I am a young working professional who is looking for a working professional roommate.  I have a small female dog who is quiet, cute and afraid of her own shadow. The house is currently fully furnished, but I would be willing to split a storage unit w/the potential roommate for additional storage, if needed. I do not have cable/internet hooked up, but am willing to split that cost, if wanted.
