July 4 Block Party

Hello Everyone,

Just wanted to let everybody know about our upcoming July 4 Block Party here in Jefferson Heights.

The party will take place on 18th Street between Jefferson Street and Adams St.

Here are some important details:

• We'll begin gathering around 5pm with the intention of eating at 6pm
• We'll be providing smoked pork and are asking everyone to bring a side dish of some kind
• We're asking for a contribution of $10 to $20 per household attending the event.  This will help defray costs associated with food, entertainment and fireworks.
• Feel free to invite family and friends
• We'll have live music as part of the festivities
• We'll clean up just before dark and then...
• ...head to the Jefferson Heights Park for fireworks
• This is a "bring your own beverage" event

You'll want to bring chairs to sit it.  We'll be providing a number of tables, but those chairs will come in handy.
