Thanks to Mr. Kinsey (Adam) might I recommend to this group (as I have already for Jefferson Heights) that we all use the following site called Nextdoor. It has a much nicer interface and feature set that can be very helpful, instead of just straight email for communicating neighborhood/community wide..
