Hello, everyone - my name is Mark Goodman - some of you ma know me (I
have various hats within the context of the SW Market and Coastal
Towns' Network).

Today I'm putting out a shout for help for Newton Abbot CIC (as we are
now called) for assistance, examples of good practice, experience of
doing an Art Trail and/or Open Studios-type events.

Some of the help might be around the funding end but also around the
practicalities. The Art Group - entitled Teign-Art (or T-Art, for
short!!) - is pretty new, so practical help or somebody - maybe a town
doing/having done similar - to communicate with would be great.

Suggest you look at Dorset CC's ARTWEEK website and Dorset visual arts
website. It is an open studio/arts trail and exhibition week - really superb
event.

It is sponsored by Humphries Kirk solicitors, the arts institute Bmouth
(college) Dorset magazine (they have a similar one called Devon) Breeze
Volkswagen (cars) and WAVE FM
