Cross Fit Starts a week from Today at 8pm at Stone Age Cross Fit.

If you are not signed up please do so. 10 people per class, few spots remaining.

Again, if you are thinking about playing A side as well as in the 23 for our playoff run then this is for you. This is what will separate you and the Irish from everyone else. Find the time, make the sacrifice, regardless if you are a rookie or a veteran this is a great opportunity to raise your game.

North siders: Anyone that plans to do this, let me know what nights you're thinking. I'd like to work out a carpool if possible so I don't have to drive every night. I can do either but would prefer Monday/Wednesday.
