PSA: Street Light Repairs

Dear neighbors, if you have street lights that are out or are cycling on and off, if you would turn them into me, I will get them repaired.
The information that I will need is:
The pole number (yellow tag on electric pole)
Is it cycling? (turning off and on)
Is it out completely?
I will try and get these repaired as soon as possible.
