As for 108 College Street, yes the HistComm can take some credit. However, much credit must go to the citizens group Friends of the Castle at http://friendsofthecastle2.org. I think the lesson is that when a historical commission and a citizen’s group have a common objective, the chances of success are greater than if either works alone.
