CHS Robotics fundraiser car wash Sat 9/13 10-4

The CHS robotics team is having a car wash fundraiser Saturday September 13, from 10am to 4pm, at Grocery Outlet. They're raising money to buy new motors for their robot.

For those who aren't familiar with it, I'm a fan not just of the CHS robotics team, but the whole FIRST robotics program that it's a part of. I like their emphasis on friendly sportsmanship, where you're encouraged to support not just your own team, but also the teams you're competing against. The competitions are pretty entertaining sporting events, though it can take a little work to figure out the rules, and the rules change every year.
