Yup. I got the same scam call. I didn’t answer it either and had a similar message which I promptly deleted.

mark willhoit <willho...@gmail.com>: Aug 22 03:30PM -0700 I just got a call from Washington. It was a number I didn't recognize so I did not answer it it went to voicemail. I checked my voicemail and there's some music came on that kind of sounded like the bank music and it was kind of garbled but then they said that I was being charged for the purchase of a new iPhone and it if I had not ordered that I should click on their number and talk to them. Do not click on any numbers the number for the callback number was in Texas. called my bank and they said yes this is a new scam that's been running for about 2 days now. Do not respond to anything until you talk to your bank. Mark w
