Hi Everyone,
Looks to be a lovely day for tomorrow’s silent vigil in Central park. I will be sitting under the big trees near the 6th street side of the park.
If you happen to be in the area and feel called to join, you’re welcome to spend this hour in your own way—sitting, standing, reading, knitting, coloring, stretching, meditating, or simply breathing in the moment. We’ll each arrive and leave as we feel led, with no formal beginning or end.
If you’re not in the area or don’t have a chance to come by, you’re welcome to do the vigil from wherever you are.
No need to RSVP—just show up if it speaks to you.
I’ll have extra chairs if anyone needs one.
