Silent Vigil for Unity and Peace

Friday, November 14, 2025 12pm-1pm
Central Park (8th & Monroe), Corvallis

Hi Everyone,

It looks to be a cloudy day in the 50s for Friday’s silent vigil. I plan to be out in the open field near the 8th street side of the park.

▶️ If it’s raining, I plan to sit across the street in the old part of the Corvallis library on the first floor, over by the original front doors.

If you happen to be in the area and feel called to join, you’re welcome to spend this hour in your own way—sitting, standing, reading, knitting, coloring, stretching, meditating, or simply breathing in the moment. We’ll each arrive and leave as we feel led, with no formal beginning or end. I‘ll be wearing a teal-colored scarf.

If you’re not in the area or don’t have a chance to come by, you’re welcome to do the vigil from wherever you are.

No need to RSVP—just show up if it speaks to you.

I’ll have extra chairs if anyone needs one.
