Third Street Commons (Former Budget Inn Motel) site to start site prep and construction

Hey all - Just wanted to let you know after a long wait, we finally have the go ahead to start the project, which will begin with demolition of the current buildings and site prep next week (Feb 6th). I apologize for the eyesore that the property has been for the past year, we have tried to recycle as much as we could from the existing structures, but it made the site pretty ugly in the process. The construction process will take 14-16 months. Again, Third Street Commons will be 47 apartments of permanent supportive housing for people who have experienced chronic homelessness.  Please let us know if you have any questions or concerns at dire...@corvallishousingfirst.org
