Furnished short-term rental available this summer

Hi neighbors,

I have a fully furnished master bedroom, en suite full bath, with private entrance available for short term rental between mid-July and the end of September on the Bridgeway. I'm afraid I don't have pictures of it furnished and prefer not to disturb the current tenant, so I've attached some pre-furnishing pictures.

The room has a comfy double bed with linens, a desk and chair, some lamps, an upholstered reading chair, dresser, cabinet, and small coffee/tea station. Bathroom has walk-in shower and towels are provided. Rent is $975/mo and includes all utilities. For the right person who is willing/able to provide cat care when I travel, I offer a discount on rent. Owner-occupied home. Quiet, tidy, responsible folks will be the best fit.
