Hi Everyone,
It looks to be a lovely fall day in park for tomorrow’s silent vigil.
PLEASE NOTE: Today, I’m dealing with an annoying head cold, I’m hoping to feel better by tomorrow. If I do make it, I plan to set up in the sun near the 8th street side of the park since it looks to be cooler than it has been. If I’m not there, know that I will be there in spirit.
If you happen to be in the area and feel called to join, you’re welcome to spend this hour in your own way—sitting, standing, reading, knitting, coloring, stretching, meditating, or simply breathing in the moment. We’ll each arrive and leave as we feel led, with no formal beginning or end.
If you’re not in the area or don’t have a chance to come by, you’re welcome to do the vigil from wherever you are.
No need to RSVP—just show up if it speaks to you.
I’ll have extra chairs if anyone needs one.
