Hello Lincoln School neighbors,
In October, open garden hours at the Lincoln School Garden are on Fridays 5:00-6:30p.
Everyone is welcome to come and enjoy the garden! Or learn about gardening by helping with harvesting/planting or fall garden prep and planning. We also would love to hear your ideas on how to improve the garden!
Families welcome! There is something for everyone in the garden.
- Draw/make signs for garden
- help to identify perennial flowers/plants
- plant fall cover crops, garlic
- check out our new rain water harvesting system
- dig compost into beds
- harvest seeds
- taste harvest
- water plants
- share/exchange garden knowledge
