Wanted: Sprinter like van

Good Afternoon,

I have a friend who intends to travel around a bit looking for a new place to settle down.  Toward that end he is seeking:

"used, lower-mileage Mercedes Sprinter van or equivalent that has evidence of excellent maintenance records and that is outfitted for off-grid and moderate off-road journeys. Its standing room, well insulated interior should include a sink with freshwater capacity adequate for drinking, cooking, and cleanup as well as periodic "sponge" baths. A stovetop for cooking that's propane-fueled or electric along with propane refrigeration are essential. Composting toilet preferred. Heating and cooling the inside is a priority. A gasoline engine with  all-wheel drive is favored over diesel. Lighter colored exterior is preferred along with any other amenities that enable occasional inclement weather or off-road conditions. Wheelbase of between 144-148 inches has been recommended. Comparable Dodge or Ford Aerostar conversion vehicles with similar amenities will also be considered.
