His name is Chris he used to have a dog named Curlew. He has gone to the park for a long time but in the last few years he's gone a bit wacky. And has been banned from the park several times you never know for sure when he may go off on you. But his favorite trick is to film everybody. People say to just film him back I just try to avoid him. I had known him for years down there and I had heard that he would go off sometimes. But I had never experienced myself until a year ago it was definitely an unpleasant encounter. It never hurts to contact the police through their dispatch number or city parks I know he is spoiled a lot of people's days down there. Mark
