Missing dog?

From a neighbor just now:

Around 6:15pm I saw a medium-sized dog with no owner by the entrance to the CoHo parking lot. Dog was probably 30" tall at the shoulders at approx. 40-50lbs. White with a black face and black spots across the body. The dog had a collar and seemed nervous but not dangerous. Again, this dog was sighted at the entrance to CoHo (1975 SE Crystal Lake Dr.) and was walking towards Crystal circle. When I checked the rest of Crystal circle with the help of a neighbor after parking the dog was gone
