Upgrade your ability to express yourself with clarity and compassion, especially when confronted with opposing views.

Listen to hear underlying needs often hidden under rigid demands.

Practice coming back to center after getting “triggered”.

Learn in a fun and supportive environment.

Benefit for the South Corvallis Food Bank

Sliding scale of $60 – $120.

Work exchange and scholarships available.
