The City planners are doing their job addressing needed changes to our land use as our population grows. We need additional housing. We have urban growth boundaries to prevent sprawl. Oregon’s solution is to densify existing urban areas that are within the urban growth boundaries. The areas on the edges are feeling this impact. South Corvallis is feeling the impact. How do we do this in a way that minimizes the impact on the peopele who live in this communities right now. For me, since I live on Crystal Lake Drive, a 64 foot road will have the most detrimental affect on our neighborhood. I would like to see the road design changed, to be more flexible. Please don’t vilify our needed government officials. --
