to South Carolina Qigong
It's no wonder why I get asked all the time for a book or DVD
recommendation on Qigong. I've only read about 100 books on the topic
over the years. Some are excellent and some are a rip off. Some are
great theory but little practice. Some are great practice, but little
theory. How do you know which is which and which is right for you?
Here are a few titles (but not all) that I recommend. I honestly
believe that all you will ever need to know about qigong in order to
meet your personal health needs can be achieved with just a few
classes/workshops and the material from these books. That's it, and oh
yeah, practice, practice, practice.
Full disclosure, many of you already know that I am a pupil of Ken
Cohen, but his work is excellent with out my say-so. Enjoy. -Mark
