We have been advised by Donna Buscio that there are some clinics falsely advertising that there are associated with her program when they are not. There is a chance that some individuals may receive charges/invoices from these “false” facilities.
There are only four locations where you can get the “Captain Buscio” physical:

Lakewood Location: 1255 Route 70, Suite 12-S, Lakewood, NJ 08701 – 732-987-9676
Please pass this on to all of your members ASAP, who might take advantage of this program so they do not get scammed.
Their website may have also been compromised so only make appointments using the four location phone numbers above.
