1. ER Team
Feedback on last week’s approaches is there under Feedback, however
only from Mwende. But all other members who approached the businesses,
were told to come back with proposal letters.

Nyiko has drafted the proposal letters, and is to give them out again
to the members who will be approaching the different entities.

Tatenda and Thandeka - Featherbrook
Nyiko – Hillfox & Clearwater
Mwende & Monique – Ruimsig Boulevard (Spar & Nandos)

Wrist bands and T-shirts were looked into. T-shirts to be discussed
with the Print Guy, and the wrist bands to be discussed with Tatenda.

2. Logistics
Transport – Monique to contact John and inquire if he can transport us
throughout the conference. Pick up point for delegates is to be Park-
Station and Airport respectively. She should also check if he can
accommodate at least 100 passengers, preferably a bus and a mini bus.

To go to the venue on Friday with Khanyi to sign the mutual agreement,
and to also try negotiate for the deposit amount to come in on the
6th.

3. Finance
Still waiting for the AIESEC statement from Monash, in order to work
with it as a budget. Wesley to keep record of all costs being incurred
by OC.

4. Communications
Conference logo was agreed on, and the design will be sent through to
Print guy to print on T-shirts and wrist bands.

Catch phrase was also agreed on, “Hold Your Future”

Registration link should be sent out to members of AIESEC in the LC’s
by either President, or LCVP Comm, and to Botswana, Mozambique and Zim
AIESEC Pages.

Draw up first delegate mailer.

1st round Registration: Closing date applications 28 May. Deadline for
payment is 5 June.
2nd round Registration: Open 6 June. Closing date applications 13
June. Deadline for payment 20 June.
