Hey guys,

Nyiko is it possible to draw up a quick proposal. (I know its short notice, but we need you) And try negotiate for about R5000 from the uni, if its possible. It could help us a great deal.

An Kumbi, do you think you will be free at 2.30pm on Thursday, because I think postponing the meeting shows lack of organisation, since we the ones who wanted the meeting, unless it is beyond our control?

And Wesley, I hope you have been approaching banks, so we can try raise a bank account.

Kind regards.

Hey Thabiso,

Please forward this to the whole OC and tell Wesley it's his time now. :)
As you can see there is an appointment for Thursday(sorry for the short notice, I forgot about this one. Would we have to postpone it cause we're not ready?) I would step up but I've got a class at 2pm. Who was designated to basically explain everything in the first place? There's also the PVC. For now I will reply and say that we will send details and a proposal for him asap.

Regards,

Dear Monique,

The PVC needs to know what the meeting is about, if you asking him for funds then there is a proposal that needs to be submitted as well.

Thank you

Hi Bronwyn,
I tried to set up a meeting with the Vice Chancellor but was told I must go through the correct channels as we are a student association. It would be better if we could speak to the PVC but I think it is appropriate in our situation to talk to Mr. Rowe.
Thank you,

Hey Guys

Nice going with getting the meeting with Craig Rowe. I will be free at 2.30 to attend the meeting. Is there anyone else who will be available to come with me?

Nyiko if you get that proposal to me asap that would be great and i will try to whip up a budget to take along with that proposal.

Awesome work guys!!! Lets keeping pushing hard. I know we can make this conference a roaring success!!!
