I went down to New Orleans and bought a box of Cafe Du Monde flour. I will use that and compare. Oh yes by the way, I ordered fresh beignet from Cafe Beignet on Canal Street. Absolutely superb! The coffee was fantastic. So I went online and also ordered some a large can of Cafe Du Monde coffee. Soooo delicious! I am turning my kitchen into a French/ Creole cafe! Next time I will use your recipe and see what happens! Thank you.
