Hey New York!

We’ve got your July covered with FREE shows every week at Capital One City Parks Foundation SummerStage. Watch our trailer to see what's coming up this summer!

This month’s performances kicks off in Central Park with a special Canada Day celebration featuring indie singer-songwriter Patrick Watson. Continue July with shows from the soulful Cory Henry, Latin indie-pop singer Carla Morrison, some of the brightest stars of the next generation of jazz Sons of Kemet and Makaya McCraven, and pioneering Brazilian singer Ney Matogrosso.

We’ll be wrapping up our performances in Queens this month with two shows at Flushing Meadows-Corona Park. We’ll honor the “past, present and future” of dance with an all-star showcase co-presented with ALL ARTS featuring Nai-Ni Chen Dance Company merging traditional and Chinese influences, and Omari Wiles’ Les Ballet Afrik. Then join us for a performance in celebration of Colombian Independence Day with ChocQuibTown, who helped put the country’s hip hop scene on the map.

Brooklyn is up next as we head to Herbert Von King Park and the Coney Island Amphitheater this July with Dallas Black Dance Theatre; a rare, free performance by the iconic Alvin Ailey American Dance Theater; a Doo-Wop showcase; salsa ensemble Puerto Rican Power; buzzworthy hip-hop artist Sampa the Great; and many more!
