Hey guys,

I downloaded the normal version of pd and I got all the midi things to
work. The ctlin probably only works with my keyboard right now. I'm
still trying to figure out how to use the notein the way I want to.
I'm trying to get the specific pads on my midi keyboard to trigger
pre-made qlist.txt files. The catch is that the pads send "note"
information, not control. So I need to know how to assign specific
notein parameters so that, say "midi note 30" sends one bang to one
object and "midi note 75" sends a separate bang to another object.
That's my problem right now, but here my Pitch_Gen patch with my
keyboards controls (open Pitch_GenWithControls.pd). Stay warm.

It sounds to me like what you are looking for is the select object. Type
"select" in a box and get the help on it. That should do the job if I
understand the problem correctly.
