advanced map making

Hello to all.

I am working on a quite advanced map including sea, boats, pirates, and
other related stuf with a secreet ilande...


For this purpose, I want to make some speciall monster on this map, how
could I do? I tryed to make a folder witha  title like pirate and call a
file map.txt, tyred to make a pirate.txt and a folder pirate on the
re/ui... many trys but nothing worked, and I don't find any infos in the
doc, can someone help please?
